Close to the station and the town

Towels were a bit thin Restaurant downstairs was beautifully renovated but the menu far too big and the food very average

I'm walking the Camino de Santiago. This is a nice, clean hotel which is right across the street from the train station. So its very convenient for those arriving in Sarria by train. Its a bit less convenient for pilgrims on the Camino, sitting about 1 kilometer off of the pilgrimage route. This means an extra KM to walk to the hotel after a 20+ km day, a KM to get back to the historic downtown to eat, and an extra KM added to your walk the day you leave. So it comes down to whether your OK with the location versus places sitting right on the Camino route. It worked out well for me. The place is very comfortable and the staff are very nice.
