in crowded weakened the breakfast need to be in larger place on at least add more tablets to the garden to lessen the waiting time

The breakfast items and quality were good, and overall the hotel was clean, but not perfect. Parking was also available

The staff were not very welcoming and did not greet guests with a smile. * Our room was facing two car wash stations that were operating until around 1:00 AM, and the noise was very disturbing and uncomfortable. * The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and some areas clearly needed more attention. * The hair dryer was not working. * I opened the window to refresh the room air, but unfortunately two mosquitoes entered the room. The windows should have insect screens installed. * During breakfast, none of the restaurant staff offered any assistance such as tea, coffee, juice, or water. Also, there were no dessert or sweet options available, not even one choice. * It should be clearly mentioned that the swimming pool is for males only, as many visitors were complaining about this issue. * Even the male swimming area was divided into kids and adults sections. I requested to my son stay with me in the adults’ pool just to supervise him, but the staff did not allow it. Eventually, I stayed with him in the kids’ area until he finished swimming. * When I asked for towels at the pool, the staff informed me that towels were not available there and that guests should I take it from my room. * Another issue was the hotel entrance. The entrance step was very high, making it difficult and unsafe to carry a baby stroller or travel luggage into and out of the hotel.
