"Very good"

Night shift lady was very helpful. Views from the top are really nice.

Chinese breakfast although they tried to adapt for the second or third day. Cristal door for the bathroom not very convenient.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient! Includes home cooked breakfast. Order spa services to your room! Tasteful decorations with thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend it. We hope to return to stay again.

"An absolutely caring approach to guests"

This family business has really grown on me. As an Austrian travelling alone, I didn't expect to receive such warm-hearted and generous support to help me find my way around Guilin and other travel routes. I was always personally catered for and received valuable tips for my day. I was also unaware that the location is so close to the centre and that you can still avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel roof is of course an absolute plus for this accommodation.

"Superb"

Very comfortable hotel and the lady at reception was so kind to book for us the cruise on the Li River with pick up at the hotel. Room very clean and spacious with lovely view of the river.

It's not necessarily something I didn't like, but be aware the breakfast is only Chinese.

"A nice room with nice view"

The place very clean, comfy bed, nice view , close to the city center area, staff very helpful.

I guess most hotels dont have elevator , my room was in 4th floor i had to drag it up by myself i couldnt allow the lady to take it up as she is not strong enough for that but they should arrange for a man to help carry the luggage. Im not happy with the transportation company i hired by the hotel as the drivers not helpful , rude and hard to communicate with them.

The hotel is so beautiful and cozy, the stuff are super super nice - we went there on our honeymoon and we got a free upgrade for our room. We got an absolutely beautiful room! And they showed us the other rooms they are so beautiful as well! Super clean, great location, and very confortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
