Personeel, ontbijt en hotel zelf was prima

Booking.com heeft, toen wij reserveerden, op haar site niet vermeld dat hun aanbieding gold voor de zgn. Tiny-rooms. Wij hadden n heel kleine kamer, n supersmal bed en dat was niet wat wij wensten toen we boekten. T personeel heeft nog veel moeite gedaan om ons een andere kamer te geven, maar alles was vol. Dat onze korte vakantie niet goed ging lag dus absoluut niet aan het personeel van het hotel of de faciliteiten, maar aan Bookin.com, die ons niet juist informeerde.

Lokatie is top! Personeel ook! Uitstekend ontbijt! In het verleden prima ervaring hier gehad. Beter om te kiezen voor een wat luxere kamer.

We hadden nu een kamer boven de ingang van het hotel, waardeloos! Veel lawaai 's nachts en 's ochtends vroeg Dus slecht geslapen terwijl de lokatie zo uitnodigt tot rust
