Grand Mandarin Betong Hotel

I like the location of this hotel. Its really near to the Tunnel and Clock Tower. We also got the extra bed with no charge. However they will keep your passport or cash for deposits.

The hotel is a bit old and there is insects on the beds. The breakfast choice are limited and not much variety menu and not much outlet point for phone charging.

The location and the big room size.

The food for muslim there's no sign for halal. Have to walk and find the halal restaurant.

Strategic location with good facilities

Ample private covered parking, central location, walking distance to town.

Quite an old hotel that needs refreshing, expensive for Betong. Have to pay for bottled water.

Location - located at the center of town . All walking distant to must of the eateries

Is under maintenance. Toilet overall is terrible !! The toilet seat cover is with yellow stain . The shower no door only toilet curtain with yellow stain ~ after showering the toilet floor is flooding with water .

The room was spacious. The pool was big. The shower pressure was good. Free and easy parking.

The mattress was hard. The pillow was hard too.
