Hotel Soyokaze

Such beautiful family owned hotel, excellent service and so kind and helpful

This family run hotel is awesome, the owners are super friendly, the place is cozy and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the home cooked breakfast is delicious.

The onsen was private and the booking system is fantastic, gives you plenty of time. The breakfast is filling and delicious with homemade jams and warm toasty bread too. The location is very well situated in Echoland, just across the road to the bus stop to many of the ski fields. The location is also great for eateries and snow gear hire. The owners Takao and Naoko were both so friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Taka was an excellent host.

The location and the staff. Nothing beats that. Great service and so close to both restaurants and the bus to the slopes. Dry room and laundry facilities there too. The daily onsen was a massive plus and Muta san is so helpful.

I loved everything about this property. Taka was an extremely polite, generous and hard-working host. His hospitality made my stay. I loved the room facilities and the onsen to come home to is a game changer. It was a fabulous stay and I want to return next year. Thank you for everything Taka!!
