"Ok stay at an over night layover hotel. Almost a motel."

The location was ok from out pov, but is in the middle of nowhere and literally surrounded by slum.

General up keep wasn’t good. We had to ask for toilet paper. The plumbing wasn’t working well. We didn’t make a noise since we had to stay for just a night and did not even have a bath.

"Horrible Experience of my life."

It’s ununderstandable as to how such a hotel is allowed to run by the Government concerned. What’s even more surprising is as to how a reputed Website of the stature and reputation of Booking.com recommends such hotels on its websites. Ratings, reviews are deceptive and misleading. We had the experience of the worst kind. Total disappointment apart from losing money without any return thereon.

Closure of such hotels by the governments concerned and removing by your company from your Website would be the best solution.

"wish I had known more about this place so I could book somewhere else."

nothing much except that it is off of the highway

shabby location and no breakfast till 7.30 am (yes, that late) and no coffee/tea maker in room.
