"Smarth Residency is ok if you don't have any other options"

- Common Wash room was not clean - Way Away from Hampi/Hospet - located in a remote village - Food quality needs to be improved - Filter water was not available. Need to buy water always

The hotel is good, but the location is very remote and I felt the price is high for such a remote place. The restaurant cleanliness could be improved. The rooms are very good. The staff is very professional. Very good service. Lovely place to stay with family and friends.

Facility need to upgrade, leaking bathroom, food not available as per menu, basically not a experience one looks for , well below the value for money.

There was nothing to like except politeness reception nd a waiter who served .
