Very homely, family-run hotel. Rural setting. Fabulous breakfast with fresh local produce & eggs from their own hens. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The owner was friendly and polite. He carried my bag upstairs for me and took excellent care of us. He recommended the restaurant across the street. It may have been the only place to eat in town because it is a small rural area. However, the hotel had several people at breakfast. It was a lovely breakfast with wonderful options.

When we arrived, the doors were locked and we did not know how to get in. We rang a bell and started knocking on windows. My only suggestion would be that they have a better way for us to announce our arrival if the door is locked.
