"Not my first choice"

It was spacious and we were able to park right outside our door

It was shabby, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom had no window shades, there was significant noise from the street that lasted until well after midnight. Also insufficient lighting for reading, low wattage lights on dimmers, as though they didn't want you to take a good look.

"It was a fun and relaxing trip."

It was very quaint motel. It was small, but nice. It had a nice back yard for relaxing. It also had a old phone booth, transformed into a poem booth.
