Its location and cleanliness

Very unique & quaint 1930’s motel. Very friendly staff & great outdoor space to enjoy the weather. Location is easy walking distance to downtown. The vibe is very Bisbee! The rooms were spotless, bed comfortable & clean bathroom. Easy off street parking. I would definitely stay here again!

The exterior is in need of a little TLC in places, but nothing major or that affected our stay.

Clean. Nice beds.

Cold room. The mini split did not respond to provide heat. Bathroom was freezing.

Perfect spot, clean quiet and close to the center of town

Very quiet with a huge back yard patio.

Not much parking but they did fit us in

Allowed pets for reasonable pet fee ($25?). Unit 7 had 2 beds in different sides/rooms of a sitting room and separated with curtains. It also had a covered parking space next to the unit. Manager sent detailed instructions on how to access key for arrival after 6pm. Comfortable beds/down comforters. Freeze dried, organic instant coffee in the room was actually pretty good! Good area to walk the dogs (or sit?) across a little bridge.

Bathroom was off of one bedroom, requiring walking thru bedroom to access it. It was small with no fan. Guess we should have cracked the window open when showering as the condensation on the ceiling "rained" down in bathroom afterwards. Unit was pretty close to the street (not too busy tho).
