My Dream Place Hotel - Near Robinsons Mall

Internet was good enough. 7/11 24-hour store nearby (succumbed to convenience even though I try to boycott everything from genocidal America). Location reasonably good vis-a-vis western bus terminal, Robinson's, SM Mall.

Breakfast. Rice, egg and 'ham' or sausage and 3-1 coffee or powder chemical juice. But this is common the Philippines. They could do better to cater for foreigners. They had some cold drinks and snacks for sale but seemed to me there were no meals you could buy, ie the 'restaurant' was just for the standard 'breakfast'? At least they could provide more options for breakfast which we could pay for separately. Shower was either cold (which I don't mind too much) or scalding (unbearably) hot - no warm.

The staff are accommodating, they made us feel like we're at home. They even allow us to store stuff in their refrigerator. We're also able to avail the accommodation at a lower rate. Thank you so much.

You get what you pay for. My dad was able to have his body message at our room. The location was close to the mall and there’s a free breakfast meal too.

The mattress are already old and I can feel the spring in the mattress. No exhaust fan in the toilet room.

room had noise problem from water tank at the window side of the rooms, that works every 2 minute when someone turns on the water tap in any room, basically impossible to sleep , it is extremely loud (they must be kidding to provide such hotel rooms). They should fix ant problems and change the tank place. It is overly expensive for what they offer. should be around 300 pesos. we paid something like 1300 pesos I guess. Until it is clearly stated these problems are fixed, not recommended at all, nearby lodges even have price 500 pesos and a lot cleaner and silent. I have stayed in many places in butuan and around the philippines. This is the worst so far.
