The toilet isn’t clean enough. The sink is not working right

The hot shower works and when we entered the room, the room smells refreshing. The aircon works fine. They have a warm and cool lights. Storage for things are okay. They have a water heater for coffee. The tv works fine too. The beds are comfy. The space in general is recommendable.

Wishing that they also gave 3 shampoos, 3 bath soap, and 3 sachet of coffee since we booked for 3 adults.

The place is aesthetic. The room we stayed in was very comfy. The guard is a very warm and welcoming person to us.

1. The staff did not make us feel comfortable from the very start until we left the place. I think the management can do something about their staff. 2. Their free breakfast is NOT FOR EVERYONE especially if you are a non-pork eater. 3. They only have a few menu and yet they still ran out of everything. 4. They only have 1 trash bin inside the washroom but don't have it in the room itself to properly dispose our waste.

The staff were friendly (we speak the language). They were able to serve us breakfast on time. The location of the hotel is pretty central, near drugstores, laundromat, hospital, convenience store and the mall. You can easily take a multicab to other places in Butuan. Taxis passed by regularly so we were able to catch one right away upon check out. If you are on a budget and want to stay in a hotel in a good location, this is the one.

The room had a bad smell when we got in. I think it is probably the doormat to the bathroom that hasn't been replaced. Other than that, the room was pretty average. The sheets were clean but the mattress was pretty aged. The bed is not that thick so it wasn't that comfortable. There weren't many options for the free breakfast. If you're staying longer, you'll probably eat the same food every morning. I know I did. 🤣 Overall, it was an adequate stay for a 2-day trip to Butuan.
