Dill Hotel

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Alles war sauber. ALLERDINGS roch es etwas aus den Abflüssen im Bad.

Es war insgesamt unpersönlich. Bei der Ankunft musste man eine Nummer anrufen und wurde dann um das Haus herum geschickt und dort eingelassen. Sowohl vor dem Haus, im Hinterhof, im Hausflur und den Zimmern hingen zahlreiche Verbotsschilder. Das Frühstück war auf einen 1stündigen Zeitraum beschränkt und gänzlich ohne Service. Das Frühstücksangebot war ok.

Cosy room and nice, big and clean new bathroom. There is a big free parking. The owner was nice and helped with our requests. The general location is quiet and relaxing.

The sound proofing of the room could be better, as you can hear the doors and the footsteps of the early morning birds going to breakfast.

On the way to West Germany, we needed to stop for one night to rest. When we were looking for a hotel, the choice was limited: there were expensive hotels or hotels without breakfast and far from the main road. However, we found this hotel, which seemed acceptable, since the price included breakfast. When booking, the hotel did not give the option to choose a reservation for one night, but only for three nights or more, and we, having no other choice and hoping that we would be able to agree on changes to the dates of our stay with the hotel (since we had such cases and it was resolved), made the reservation. We sent a request to change the dates to the hotel, but did not receive an answer. The money for the reservation was debited from the account immediately. Arriving at the hotel late in the evening, the owner met us. We asked if we could stay only one night, but he categorically said no, saying that there were many people who wanted to stay now and because of us he would lose his income. We also asked what time breakfast would be, to which he said that breakfast had not been ordered for us, because we had sent a request to cancel our stay. We were shocked and did not want to stay there for a single minute, but since it was very late, we were forced to stay for the night. We arrived at the room and the heating was turned off and there was no drinking water, which indicated that no one was waiting for us. In the morning, the cleaning lady came to us and told us to leave the room quickly, because it needed to be cleaned. Thus, we vacated the room hungry and went to the hotel administrators to find out about canceling our stay and getting a refund. They listened to us and said that they would help, because such cases of cancellation had already happened. However, the owner heard our conversation and scolded the administrators and forbade them to communicate with us and told us to leave the hotel otherwise he would call the police. We had no choice but to leave hotel

It was great and very clean accomodation for the pirce. Very silent and private. House if fully reconstructed and modern. Free parking right infront the hotel. Very safe

Towels could be close to the shorew. If so I would spill so much water after showering searching for the towel in the room. But this is just my stupidity :D

Nice and clean hotel, perfect stay not far from Hannover for people traveling by car. Very nice staff, we didn’t have problems checking in, we arrived at 21:30 in the evening, but there is a doorbell and staff came immediately. Very good value for the money.
