There is a complimentary airport shuttle bus service available. However, the frequency of the service is limited to one bus per hour.

Firstly, the prices on Booking.com were significantly higher compared to other Chinese booking platforms, and there was no option to cancel the reservation once made. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with handling Booking.com reservations. I had to show them my confirmation email multiple times, but they still struggled to understand the process. After several back-and-forths, I was finally given my room key. Unfortunately, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, which triggered severe throat irritation and made it difficult to breathe while sleeping. To make matters worse, after checking out, I received an email from Booking.com claiming I hadn't checked in—despite having paid in full. The system even falsely marked my reservation as 'last-minute canceled' on the app, which was absurd. I had to spend time on the phone with customer service to straighten everything out. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel’s location is quite remote—far from the city center—requiring a taxi ride just to reach the nearest subway station. Between the booking system errors, poor customer service, and subpar accommodations, I strongly advise against staying here.

Unfortunately, I was asked to find a another hotel. Apparently their systems were down when I had arrived, so I could not stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed. I did book this well in advance but I wasn't given any awareness of this happening.
