The breakfast offer was good, many products and good quality. Also the products in the menu, cooked in the breakfast room, were really tasty. Also the breakfast room was very beautiful and sorrounded by nature.

I tried to get in contact by phone with the reception, several times before the arrival, nobody answered. Nobody at the reception asked how the stay was going, if everything was fine. In the room there was no table and no chairs, I had to take a chair from the garden for working with my laptop in a very uncomfortable way, over the small fridge counter. The room was close to the reception, we could hear the people speaking at the reception. Lack of maintenance, for example the door in the bathroom was difficult to close. A lot of noise in the room from the water pipes, probably they have some structural issues. Reported this problem to one of the ladies working in the reception, but she didn´t come back to us with a solution or update. In the morning there were carpenters working and making noise from 8,20/8,30... Is this a spa/relais hotel???

buona posizione e vista panoramica sul mare. Buona anche la colazione e ottimo il servizio Sky sul televisore. Probabilmente la struttura si apprezzerebbe di piu' in estate. Noi abbiamo soggiornato a novembre.

Da migliorare il servizio di SPA, teoricamente fornito a tutti i clienti per 50 minuti al giorno ma di fatto inaccessibile se non in orari improbabili (la sera dopo le nove o la mattina presto). Questo perchè chi arriva prima prenota gli orari migliori per tutta la durata del suo soggiorno. Morale della favola: la Spa la pagano tutti ma ne fruiscono in pochi. Consiglio vivamente di modificare questo sistema di prenotazioni.

brioche e croissant della colazione orribili, sembravano proprio quelle confezionate del supermercato, non all'altezza della struttura. in camera ho trovato una pulce puzzolente sul comodino e ho dovuto chiamare il personale .
