I dont know anything. Because they cant allow us to atleast take the booked room

I booked st.annes restaurant and hotel for 2 days for 5 members. Actually its for my graduation. i booked before one month.Also i called them day before arrived. In that time also they said booking was confirmed. but when we came there, they said that they cant give that room. They already booked that place for another person. Also they asked me to give higher price for that room if i want. They told me website didn't updated and bla bla bla. we were faced trubble because of their staff bad behaviors. Actually they are rude. They dont know how to talk to people. I asked to contact the manager. But they didn't contact him and wasted our time more. Due to that we had to find other place again 🥲.

The owner is a rude person . in our room a/c , hot water were not working when we informed it he is not in hurry to fix it , and we asked for another room he said cant give

We would like multiple choices for breakfast than sticking to one variety
