Very nice location, friendly staff

Room was neat..

I didn't like anything bathroom with no ceiling any one can jump into the bathroom. We have to order breakfast and it cost extra. There was no complimentary breakfast. No hairdryer was present

We booked a non AC room as there is no AC rooms listed in the site. But the rooms provided have no ventilation. If you open the window, there is no space for light to come. It is close to the next Building and it is full of dust. When we asked for a room change with better ventilation, they said no other rooms. They gave 1 water bottle for a deluxe room which will occupy 3 adults. When we asked for extra bottles they said extra payment. No lift and there are so many steps for each floor. Bath soaps are provided after we asked. Bedsheets and towels were with dirt marks. Overall it is not worth for 2800 rupees.

The rooms were neat and comfy. The room service and staff were good and friendly. The location of the hotel is quite near to CUSAT and has some good shops nearby to try the street foods.

Not a couple friendly hotel.
