The staff were terrible. They didn’t know how to respect the customers and they behaved irresponsibly. The room boys forcefully tried to open the room door and tried to enter into the room without knocking or prior permission. The persons in the reception were very irresponsible and they gave us a wrong room and cheated on us by giving lower category. The bed is stony hard. There were patches in the walls and hot water didn’t work properly. No wifi at all and the balcony door lock was broken. There is a tv but no channel was working DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS A TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY

Sri Lankan authentic buffet for Breakfast. It was good but less varieties like 1 fresh juice and 2 cut fruits as desserts.

The staff were not friendly at all. They do not know how to handle guests requests.

Great location near the University of Peradeniya and the Botanical Garden. Good breakfast, although there was a somewhat limited selection of items in the buffet.

Water heater in the shower was not working. The staff replaced it quickly, but the replacement heater provided only lukewarm water. No hot water provided to the bathroom sink. The beds are very firm, with little padding in the mattress. Room was serviced only once over the course of five days.
