Very small room. Almost no space to move freely, nowhere to sit except the bed. Bathroom door was foldable so that was a bit uncomfortable. No freezer inside the room. No coffeemaker. The property is ok, however there is no sound proofing on the ceiling so you hear footsteps from the second floor rooms (family rooms, so imagine a lot of people not letting you sleep). The security guard does not intervene if there is noise because he doesn’t get paid for that so there is really no person to contact if someone is making noise etc, which was our case. He helped me reach out to the noisy people but they kept on making footsteps noise until like 1am (no kidding). There is no 24 hrs or even late receptionist available for anything. Also the receptionist is not super friendly, she is a bit cranky or too serious, did not show a lot of empathy when we explained the night noises issue. A bit inexpressive I would say. She also responded sharply when my boyfriend asked her something at the reception the next day. Parking lot is open, there is no door lock or anything just the guard and it is too small. You can’t park in front of your room.

Location was good . Dani was very helpful and sent a text to see when we were going to arrive . She also changed our booking for us .

Beautiful pool area, clean rooms, super friendly staff

Really nice and cozy, just next door to the restaurant with great food. Clean, AC works great, helpful & friendly receptionist who has the cutest dog.
