The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. The facilities provided by the hotel were also up to the mark, and the food served was delicious with generous portions. The bed in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the positive aspects of my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making my stay hassle-free. The facilities provided by the hotel were also satisfactory, with all the necessary amenities available. The food served at the hotel was a highlight of my stay. The delicious meals were not only mouth-watering but also served in generous quantities, ensuring that I never went hungry. The hotel's kitchen did a great job in catering to my taste buds. Another positive aspect was the comfortable bed in the room. After a tiring day of exploring the city, it was a pleasure to come back to a cozy bed and get a good night's sleep.

There were a few areas where improvement could be made. Firstly, The room, which was named as "super deluxe" for three persons, was small in size, which was a disappointment and regular room services like changing bed sheets and cleaning the room and bathroom in the morning were not automatically provided. We had to request for these services, which was slightly inconvenient. Secondly, the pillows provided were not comfortable. Lastly, the shower in the bathroom was not working properly, which was a disappointment.
