Lucca Resort & Residence

Our first time in Jepara. We stayed in Lucca for a night. We booked the villa. It was awesome. The property is still brand new and clean. It is spacious. Unique design. The bed is comfortable to sleep with. They use tencel fabric as bedding, so it feels cool and soft in the skin. Pillow was Hilton type so its so comfy. The shower was so big.. Probably it was design to incorporate a bathup. The hot water doesn't run very well. But we do not mind, because we tend to shower in cool water. The garden design is unique. We love it. The pool is clean and well design. The restaurant have a very nice outdoor area, where you can hang out and watch the sunset. We we arrived, there was a local music show, played koplo music (very famous music genre in coastal area in java). It was played until 23.00 wib. We decided to hang out in the balcony of the restaurant, because it would be impossible to sleep nor have a rest in the Villa, because the music was pretty loud.. The owner of the property was very attentive, he gave us a complimentary F&B voucher for kind gesture of apology, which we appreciated very much. The mocktail was great. We do not order any food, because we already have dinner. For the breakfast, we ordered typical western breakfast with toast, scramble eggs and jam. Taste and portion was ok. Staff was very helpful and nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. When we visit Jepara again, will definitely put Lucca in our list.

Staff was amazing! Most spoke english, and the food was soo good. We came along very good with the owner, and went with him and his family to karimunjawa. They took us on their private boat, for a Day trip around the diffrent Islands, and we went snorkling. I could never expect this from anywhere Else. I’m 100% sure going to come back here. HUGE recomendation!!!

Everything was perfect

Unusual and untypical properties, all recentlyclean, with excellent food and service. The staff and owner very helpful and friendly. The bar area was very well layer out with interesting features

There was nothing not to like.

They don’t serve breakfast before 7 am I request between 06.00-06.30 as my son has BMX race but they said they can prepared at night and keep in the room😢

We absolutely loved it, what a pleasent surprise this was! very cosy, loved the style of the cottages. Very good bar and restaurant with friendly and trained staff. Friendly owner. Clean and wonderful pool. Nice surrounding to have a walk to the beaches and wonderful sunsets. Soon some wonderful lodges will be opened..(see photo)!
