Rooms are not bad.

Food in Restaurant was horrible. Velocity Executive Lounge was pathetic and terrible. Bar Tenders lack decency and Hospitality. They need training in Behavioral values and Diplomatic approach with Customers. One Bar Tender Mr. Nithin was so rude and Rustic in Bahaviour. Manager Mr.Mathew didn't respond to our Complaints, simply ignored us. Very Poor Hospitality in God's Own Country. Very Mediocre rating. Absolutely Not Worth the Value for Money Spent.

The Rooms are Ok. The Bar, Restaurant, Food served was the Worst, I ever had. The Bar and Restaurant Attenders/Suppliers were absolutely Horrible. Their Behaviour especially one Guy Mr. Nithin was so rude, rustic, undiplomatic in behaviour. Its really pathetic to see such Guys being employed in a Hospitality industry. The Food served was so Horrible, We had Gastritis and Dysentery for a Week. Except Ample Parking, Theres nothing good there worth mentioning. Its Waste of Money not worth spending here.

See Above. Everythong here is below par. Mediocre. Very Rude, Rustic, Horrible Staff Behaviour. Spoiled, Contaminated Food being served here. Very Horrible Bar, Restaurant and Boarding.
