Really helpful staff, helped me with arranging a last minute early morning ride to the airport and amending my booking. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from a central area with many shops, busses, and the main train station. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the basic amenities required.

Compact room, Doubt on cleanliness of bed and bedsheets. No lift Below average room.

The hotel is of a high standard and exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with excellent blackout curtains and a kettle. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. A generous and delicious breakfast was served in the morning.

We didn’t realize that the water heater needed to be turned on manually, so we initially showered in cold water. The water pressure was low. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi login details, and the process was overly complicated. Moreover, the signal strength was barely strong enough to reach our room.

1)Bath room fittings very good.Functioning well 2) Room size was smaller than expected and not to the level of 3 Star accomodation 3) Ceiling Fan is dangerously low. Immediate correction required 4) A/c cooling very low due to improper fitting - no gap left between top of A/c and roof to facilitate air flow 5) Tea bags, sugar need to be provided adequately according to number of persons occupying and number of days of stay, avoiding occasions to ask for it. Refill daily basis. 6) Facilities like ironing board not in usable condition 7)Timings for check in check out, restaurant opening/ closing etc need to be displayed in the rooms. 8) Front office staff, restaurant staff behaviour very pleasant and deserve to be recorded
