"In overall location is good, staff were all very friendly. Just need some improvement on furniture."

The location is perfect, as there is plenty of food nearby. Family mart just below.

Maybe can improve on facilities such as cloth hanger location and coffe table furniture.

"Short overnight stay in kerteh. A bit pricey for the level of facilities provided."

Its convenient and one of the proper hotel in kerteh. But the cleanliness has somehow deteriorated over time. Its normally booked up due to lack of competition in the area

there is a convenient store near the hotel like 7E.

The hotel location is near traffic light, thus it can noisy when many cars and motorcycles there.

7E just downstairs and a mini mart in walking distance good water pressure has a lift, though a slow one

very noisy as it is close to the road. The window is definitely not soundproof the towels are kinda old
