The lady at counter is helpful and the location is superb. There is a funfare infront of the hotel. Basic toiletry kit is given.

The first room had ants everywhere and even after spraying it came back. It was under the pillows as well. The standard room has no windows. How can this be possible or even allowed! They only give a small soap bar as handsoap and bath soap. The rooms are very small. No space to even put a chair and there is no table. Not worth the cost.

Staff and Property is OK.

Booking.com charges higher then others platform. disappointed.

Courtious & attentive staff. The staff went all the way in providing free transportation when my son was stranded at the bus station during wee hour. The best part was cleanliness of the establishment. Won't be our last time booking at Singgah Kertih. Keep up your good job.
