Not easy to find the hotel in the evening

Outside Cologne on motorway, Quiet not quaint but slept well and good breakfast. I dont know what other reviewers were expecting but our experience was good enough. Easy for getting on motorway to Netherlands or Belgium.

Well, it is an ok place to stay. Close to the motorway, so very convenient, but really nothing special. It is humongous, spacious, but not very friendly or quaint. It is all right to stay overnight though.

Only if you really need to stay here than stay here, but for the rest: no. Until late in the evening (23.30) there were youngsters downstairs drinking/smoking (next door is a school apparently..) which was very noisy. The hallway ans corridors took me back to the DDR and the gym (a room with 2 spinning bikes and 2 not functioning fitness machines) was a joke. The Hotel didn't accept my credit card and they suggested that I had to find an ATM in the neighbourhood. Ridiculous. So this was a one-time experience. Avoid it.

Hotel is clean and fairly priced. Sharing the building with other different activities makes it confusing to reach the hotel breakfast room instead of that of some school or professional center next door, which are reachable from the elevator area. Hotel breakfast is ok but not exceptional. Rooms are clean, some have a balcony good for smokers, given the no smoking in the room policy. No wifi internet except in the lobby, and no free internet access.
