Nature Kigali

The location, the staff, the food, the beds: all is great! I would recommend staying here. It was the second time that I travelled for work and stayed here. Next time I will come again!

Divine location, and staff. Brian, the night manager, was wonderful - really attentive and caring, and really made me feel welcome. Great coffee in the mornings, and I had dinner at the guesthouse twice while there, which was delicious. I was extremely impressed with the staff - they were excellent. And what a beautiful view !

My only proposal would be to book a room on the other side of the house from the little bar, if you are early to bed.

It was one of the worst expérience I live in Kigali, there was noise until 4 am, one member of the staff was drunk and kick at all the doors at each rooms. 30/40 minutes to have a tea and eggs at the breakfast I cant buy something to drink After 10PM even water

The rooms had no clear bathroom toilet separation. So I asked to cha The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful! The food was also great. The sitting area outside the rooms are also amazing! The neighbourhood is quite and really nice.

The rooms had no clear bathroom toilet separation meaning the entire bathroom was flooded after shower. So I asked to chan to another room which was granted. The toilet in the new room made wird noise after flashing, the bed was quite noisy and at some point there were cockroaches all over the sink! I also had a worm in the toilet seat which was scary! After day two I had no warm water and the bathroom was just substandard in my opinion. On my last night it was too loud I could not sleep even though I had to catch an early flight!

A very peaceful and Nature surrounded space where you can wake up on birds singing and Nature breathe. A very friendly staff and good food.

In weekends it's a little bit crowded and noisy.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable bed. Good communication. Staff and breakfast were tremendous.

If you have a room over the bar/restaurant, it is noisy until about 11pm, when there is an event.

The staff was lovely , the neighborhood calm

the room , I think a curtain in the bathroom and actually a separation of the shower , cause the water just overflows . the door locker is about to come off.
