Das super nette Personal, entspannte u familiäre Atmosphäre, tolles Frühstück und der mega Ausblick vom Balkon. Auf persönliche Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurde eingegangen u Rücksicht genommen.

Zimmer, Betten, Bad einfach alles

Everything is perfect and the staff is accommodating. We needed to catch a bus earlier than the breakfast time and we could grab some food and pack it for our hike. Unfortunately the weather was so rainy and windy, we had to cut the hike short. Coming back with wet pants (the same pants that I had to wear for the next 12 hours all the way back home), the lady at the receptionist offered to put it in a dryer free of charge :) There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, a fridge, cutlery, coffee, and tea.

The receptionist doesn't open 24 hours, but it's not a big deal since there is a phone number that we can contact. It might be inconvenient for people coming from outside Germany though (higher cost for a phone call)

Ein viel zu kleines „Badezimmer“ - eher ein „Schrankbad“

La posizione è estremamente tattica, in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei treni di Kochel am See e a qualche minuto di camminata dal centro del paese. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia (due letti singoli) con bagno privato: la struttura non è nuovissima, ma tutto è funzionale, comodo e soprattutto pulito. La colazione a buffet è variegata e abbondante. C’è pure una “cucina comune” dove è possibile riporre le proprie scorte in frigo e usufruire di acqua, thè e caffè a costo zero. Il personale è gentile e, se non presente, facilmente raggiungibile al telefono in caso di problemi!

Le pareti non son tra le più spesse, quindi può capitare di sentire i vicini. Il wifi funziona, ma non è tra i più potenti (tuttavia sufficiente per l’uso base quotidiano!)

Frühstück sehr gut. Aufenthaltsraum mit Terrasse gut, besonders war die Zusatzausstattung: Wassersprudler, Kaffee und Tee konnte man kostenlos zubereiten, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Das Badezimmer war sehr beengt.
