Logement impeccable Très propre, chambre silencieuse, climatisation fonctionnelle Les matelas sont très confortables, on y dort comme un bébé ! Salle de bain également très propre, nécessaire shampoing/creme/ savon/ brosse a dents/ peigne offert et renouvellé si besoin Bouteilles d' eau à disposition sans supplément tous les jours Très bon petit déjeuner Le frigo de la cuisine et la cuisine sont à disposition si besoin et théière et micro onde avec le nécessaire sont en libre service ! Hridoy est un hôte adorable, serviable et toujours à l' écoute. Il nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre voyage et à trouver des endroits agréables ou à manger dans Shylet Allez-y les yeux fermés, ce logement est une pépite !

I loved everything about these hotel Hotel supervisor mr RIDHOY and his partner SIYAM made my holiday even better there service was 10 /10 Thay are allways available and any kind off help needed they were there, had an English breakfast, size of the breakfast was big and it was nice and tasty, haven’t tried the desi breakfast will definitely try on my next visit Mr Ridoy and siyam was so helpful they made sure that my room is allways clean and if I needed anything they were there , the service of these 2 brothers were OUTSTANDING The place is really nice and quiet and very clean only few minutes away from main city, all the activities just minutes away from hotel and there is a balcony with room I spent the most time there really loved it Thanks a lot to me ridoy and siyam for making my holiday even better I am definitely coming back to jatra hotel 5 🌟 all around for me 🥰🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩

Just need to fix the tv connection there were problems with the connection and needed a small mini fridge in room apart from that everything was 10/10

This is a great place to stay! It is extremely clean and quiet, and has a good location not too far from the train station. A real oasis of calm. The manager, Hridoy, is extremely helpful and kind. He really went out of his way to help me. Highly recommended!

It is a bit hard to find, but worth it. Here is how to find it: tell the taxi or Tuk Tuk driver to drive to Sylhet Uposhohar, Block E, Road 2. On Road 2, go almost to the end where you will see a 7 storey brown and white building. The only English on a sign there says "doict.sylhet.gov.bd". Go into the parking garage on the main floor, go right, and take the elevator to Floor 4.
