It said that there is a restaurant on site, but it only opened on friday so we had to walk more than q,6 km to the nearest restaurant

We booking and do not receive for special code for the doors and arrive after 23h and no possible to get this code - employees from Gawra is lying that send this code. We must at the night to find other place. Very bad comunication and staff working. We lose money and time and do not use this hotel.

Breakfest

Based on description the room should offer also shower gel, but there wasn't any. Room with no air condition, it was almost impossible to sleep in such heat. Wifi with no connection to internet and the staff didn't care and do nothing to arrange it. With one word disaster!
