西鉄久留米駅すぐのアクセスが便利でした

掃除が行き届いていない。あちこちホコリが溜まっている。エレベーター降りてすぐ、エレベーターホールや廊下に籠った匂いが気になった。匂いは慣れると気づきにくいので、マメな換気と消臭をお願いしたい。

ロケーションが良かった。お部屋をツインにランクアップしていただきました。お部屋は古かったですが広くて、バスルームはリニューアルされていて白とグレーで素敵でした。

リニューアルしたばかりなのに、水道の蛇口にすでに水垢がかなり溜まっていました。水質なのかもしれませんが、清掃頑張ってください。

ロケーションが良かった。

部屋の清掃が全く行き届いていなかった:①姿見が汚れていた。②机の下に前の宿泊者が脱ぎ捨てたスリッパがそのままの状態で放置されていた（気持ち悪くてそのまま放置した）。③床も全体的にザラザラしていて掃除機をかけたかどうか怪しい。④バスタオルが余分にあった（前の宿泊者の分を引き取り損ね）。何度も宿泊しましたが、今回は最悪でした。
