Convenient and affordable location. Breakfast included and it was a good breakfast. Beds were comfy. I got a bunk room and I had a place to store my items. Bathroom in bunk room was great. Bunk beds also had privacy curtain.

The outlets were too high to charge as they’d be dangling and no lamp.

I didn’t like that I had to ask 3 times for the room to be cleaned

Great location; big, comfortable bed; powerful shower; lovely rooftop terrace.

Room (deluxe suite) was advertised as having a terrace - it doesn’t; room was advertised as having separate livingroom - it doesn’t; hotel claims to have 24hr reception - it doesn’t; AFTER BOOKING, hotel informed us that unless we paid in US dollars (we are from UK & we’re traveling from Columbia) they would use their in-house inflated conversion rate for Bolivian currency AND apply an additional charge for paying by card - increased cost of stay by almost 25%. To be fair…. When I complained about the above, the hotel was good about it…but, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Leaving this detail here for future guests’ awareness.

Começaram os problemas já no Check In, queriam cobrar uma taxa de pagamento no cartão que dava mais de 30%, UM ABSURDO!! Nunca tive esse tipo de cobrança usando o Booking.. E pior, ví na minha frente eles fazerem isso com outros 2 hospedes, se eu não tivese cash em dolares, teria tido problema. O colchão é ABSURDAMENTE ruim, acabou comigo. A cortina do quarto é o mesmo que NADA, fica claro a noite toda e o local é extremamente barulhento. Ou seja... CUIDADO, vá preparado para esses perrengues...

I like having a kettle in the room but for the price I paid, I still got a lot of value.
