"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the food served at your hotel. We ordered a mutton dish that was clearly spoiled and had a very off-putting taste; in fact, we highly doubt it was even mutton. Despite reporting this and asking for a replacement, your staff simply reheated the same meat and brought it back to us. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Our entire meal was wasted, and we are highly dissatisfied with the service."
