Lo siento, solo puedo hablar bien de los empleados, el hotel y sus dependencias no merecen las estrellas que publicitan.

Mantenimiento en general muy pobre. La habitación en particular, baño incluido, muy sucios. Me sabe fatal estos comentarios, no es habitual en mi pero es que fué un decepción tremenda. Lo siento mucho y ojalá estos comentarios sirvan para que la empresa se ponga las pilas y haga todo lo posible para mejorar la imagen actual.

El lugar perfecto para descansar. Entorno maravilloso, buenas instalaciones y personal agradable.El restaurante tiene una muy buena cocina.Desayuno estupendo.

Le personnel dans les différents services était charmant et efficace, la chambre (upgrading dans notre cas) était magnifique, les repas (lunch et dîner) étaient de qualité

La maintenance préventive pourrait être améliorée pour éviter des dégâts plus considérables à long terme.
