The location, view and service was fantastic

Not for people with mobility issues

Epic view, comfortable bed, nice management, free sunbeds, amazing cocktails, Kiliakos and Thanos working the sunbed area were great. Staff carried my luggage back up the driveway when I checked out. Cleaned every day.

Steep driveway, if you have a small bag or backpack just get dropped in town and walk the easy trail. No shower, just a nozzle in the bathtub you have to hold by hand and get the whole bathroom wet.

The view is superb. The pool is excellent. The beachfront location is incredible. The room is spacious, beds comfortable, and hot water plentiful. Everything was really wonderful! It is a very, very steep incline from the street down to the reception and the staff was so kind as to send a driver up to help me and my friend get ourselves and our luggage safely to the hotel. Thank you!!!!

I didn't like that there was no privacy on the balcony. There is no divider and you are right next to your neighbors without any screen or barrier.

The location. 5 mins walk into Lakka. Along a badly lit rocky path but still could be an idyllic location if properly maintained.

Everything. The property was appalling. So disappointing to arrive at a property so badly in disrepair & so misrepresented on booking.com I read all the reviews & they were varied but we decided to take a chance. Don’t do it!!! The photos on booking.com are 20 years old (they are dated) this violates booking.coms policies but they still would not refund us. I feel deeply sorry for the owner Mariella, who is very nice & clearly trying but we could not express our disappointment as I was close to tears on leaving after one awful night where I couldn’t touch anything in the room for fear of catching something. I wore socks to walk accross the filthy floor. Every surface was sticky. The fridge was rusty. There were ancient pots & pans in a cupboard for use apparently on an old microwave/hob which was described as a kitchenette!! The items in that cupboard had not been removed or washed for years. The ‘private beach’ was cordoned off. There was no kettle in the room or indeed tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was an empty, rusty, mouldy shell with items falling off the wall & a dirty toilet. No bath mat, the towels were stiff & rough but we didn’t use them as we left immediately the next morning after we had secured alternative accommodation no in Lakka. Such a shame. The property is in the most idyllic location but the pool was green & abandoned, no loungers or pool bar available. The ‘breakfast’ facilities were derelict (tables & chairs stacked in an empty room) So disappointing. Please take note of this review as I read others & thought we’d give it a chance - but be warned. I can’t even share photos as I deleted them after sending to booking.com & our bank to make a claim because I don’t want to be reminded of the worst birthday stay ever - & my 50th 😟

The location was fabolous, fantastic - from the room and terrace you could look at the bay with sailing boats. Furthermore just beneath the hotel (50 meter)you had a beach with free sunbeds. The service was also very good.

Very small things compared to all the above mentioned fantastic things - the bathroom lacked for the shower curtain and shelves and hooks but the bathroom and the room were spacious.

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen!

Mycket trappor och svårt att ta sig i från stranden i det otroligt vackra havet.Lamporna vid sängen var små och gröna, svårt att läsa när man lagt sig. Balkongdörren gick ej att låsa.
