Room 3d, and staff

There were a group of young people (2 girls and 4 boys) who checked in at around 4am at 3c, and they were so loud until 530am. They were talking loudly, banging stuff in the room, banging the doors in and out of the door, opened the 3rd floor window and left it open, so all the more it got noisy. It woke us all up. We talked to the group twice, and the staff 3x. At the 3rd try with the guard, that was the only time they were asked to leave the property. Another thing, the internet was also problematic at several points of our stay, and there are no Globe and Gomo signals inside the room, except for when we go to room A near the window.
