Not enough amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee, TV placed in wrong position, cabinet placed in dangerous position. Additional pillow has extra fee. Too far from restaurants or mall. Not enough parking.

They prioritize their client for parking.

There was a school/ basketball court beside the hotel and there is no soundproofing. I was not able to sleep properly.

Staffs were helpful.

I booked a Family Room in this hotel for my parents and I made some suggestions for the admin. Pls. Update the amenities that can be found in the room. Add what else can be found in there for the guests to use like mini fridge and microwave. Also, only 1 airconditioning is running and 1 is broken and room was paid in full amount. I will make a suggestion to the admin., include the washroom door key in every hotel rooms just in case somebody accidentally locked it out. So guests won't need every staff in the hotel to look who got the washroom door keys. Very inconvenient, good thing it was only a 1 night stay.

NEVER AGAIN.The location is NOT good. Most taxi drivers don't know the hotel address. We had to use the goggle map. The hotel was next to the basketball court, you could hear all the noise every night. The hotel needs updating and untidy. Lots of spider webs.We have been deceived. You need to pay extra for pillows and also for early check-in. NO amenities. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY for this kind of place.

The property has lots of signs of wear and tear. Toilets are dirty and showers are not working properly
