Exceptional service with staff who genuinely care about your experience and high quality facilities. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the resort even made us a ‘Congratulations’ love heart shaped cake. The cake wasn’t from their menu, it was specifically made for our stay - couldn’t feel more special! Loved the sports club too, with very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to the house keeping staff on level 11, their attention to detail was exceptional. We drink a lot of water, and each time they noticed and gave us more bottles so we wouldn’t run out!

Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would stay here again despite the below. Air con overall is set too cold. Travelling to the Philippines we didn’t think to pack jumpers and pants warm enough as it’s usually a warm place to be. Perhaps consider the temp range between 23-25 degrees Celsius - based on research, this is the sweet spot for both male/female metabolic rates. Air quality is poor when you allow smoking indoors.

I booked to stay at Solaire for the Wakas at Simula concert of SB19 and it’s convenience since my mom is already a senior. But it was such a hassle going to and from the concert since we were asked to walk so far. There was no special areangement for us staying at Solaire not even for PWD and Seniors. It was very disappointing. I hope they can do better in the future.
