"A big NO for me"

The hotel is unreliable. I booked a pick up from the airport and there was noone waiting. I was lucky to get from the airport with a shuttle of different hotel. I have confronted this with the reception and got the answer "Ok". The pick up for the departure was chaotic, late, unreliable. I ate only at the reataurant No 7 and got diarrhoea, i saw the staff playing with the cuttlery while getting the food ready. My spoon had fingerprints. Sleeping quality really poor as the window curton is thin and the light in room is from 5:30am full. Take sleeping mask!

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was delicious and served when we needed it early. Restaurant meals were excellent too.
