We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to Tihany and Balatonfüred. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The dinner buffet offered a good variety of dishes every day, especially for meat lovers. However, all drinks, including water, had to be ordered separately during dinner. Breakfast was less impressive, with limited fresh options and little variation throughout the week. Unfortunately, the service did not feel like that of a 4-star hotel. Our bed sheets were never changed during the entire stay, bathrobes had to be collected and returned at reception, and guests need to bring their own beach towels. Housekeeping and room service could also be improved, and the staff was often not very attentive to guests’ needs or particularly friendly. The hotel is very family-oriented, which is great for families and groups, but those looking for a quieter stay may find the noise from children disturbing at times. The sauna was also very small and outdated. Overall, the hotel offers good value thanks to its location, views, and room quality, but the service, breakfast, and wellness facilities fall short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel położony wśród zieleni nad brzegiem Balatonu. Urocza i spokojna miejscowość Tihany którą warto odwiedzić, szczególnie polecam Dom Lawendowy z niesamowitymi produktami. W hotelu bardzo miła obsługa, personel uśmiechnięty i nie nachalny. Jedzenie dobre, smaczne, dużo potraw na ciepło, zupa gulaszowa perfect, na dłuższy pobyt może być dla niektórych trochę monotonne, ale to oczywiście indywidualne odczucie. Fajne zaplecze sportowe, tenis, padel squash, boisko do siatkówki, basen w hotelu, mała siłownia itd. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
