Great views and good breakfast (eventhough the breakfast room does not have windows). Nice rooms for families and good location to walk into town. Only the bar service could be improved

It's a sky lodge, which is also open in summer for hikers. They have a very stylish and comfortable reception/bar/lounge area with high quality, cool furnishings. I had a basic, small twin room. Everything is quite new and the beds were very comfortable. Quite good, but not great value for money. Location walking distance to the main street of Mestia and with a view of the town and mountains. Behind the hotel, is a very good museum of the history of Svaneti. The culture here is very interesting and the people speak their own language, which is not comprehensible by Georgian speakers. They also have a restaurant and a sauna (in winter).

Although the room was very comfortable, I had a few teething problems. The door to the small terrace didn't shut properly and the safe was not working, although the owner lent me a key, so I wasn't really inconvenienced to be honest. Although the place was modern, comfortable and stylish, to call it "boutique" was a bit of a stretch. It's a lodge :-).

1. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfy. 2. The complimentary toiletries and bath robes were a nice touch. 3. The location was peaceful yet close to the main town centre.

1. The receptionist who welcomed my friend and I was judgemental and not friendly. We had just completed the Mestia to Ushguli multi-day hike and were looking forward to staying here (after sleeping in huts) however, she immediately stereotyped us based on our hiking attire and ethnicity. 2. The receptionist immediately called me out as "Indian" and was shocked to see that I had a UK passport. Moreover, she was adamant that I must have gotten the wrong hotel (making me feel that I did not belong here based on what I was wearing i.e. hiking gear) 3. Our room did not have air-conditioning which was surprising given the reviews and price of the stay.

Very spacious room. Great location with stunning views.

Zentrumsnahe, gute Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Der Fußboden im Zimmer knarrte beim Gehen, was besonders nachts etwas unangenehm war.

Would definitely stay there again.

הגענו בתקופה חמה בחודש אוגוסט, המלון ממוקם מעל הנהר ומגיעה בריזה מדהימה אל תוך החדר בלי צורך במזגן, חדר נקי ונעים, ארוחת בוקר טובה.
