Bardzo dobre śniadanie, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa hotelu

Informacja, że okno pokoju jest skierowane na dziedziniec może i widnieje na booking, nie widnieje natomiast informacja, że to zamknięta przestrzeń bez świeżego powietrza. Że nie wspomnę o tym, że dla pokoju typu budget nie przygotowano nawet miejsca w restauracji na śniadanie. Codziennie od kilku lat odwiedzam jeden hotel na terenie całej Polski w różnych standardach, ale w Hotelu Meduza spotkało mnie największej rozczarowanie jak dotychczas, personel oraz lokalizacja to wasze atuty. Podejście do klienta do zmiany
