Location was good. Convenient. Easy to access, easy to access, easy to access, easy to access, easy to access, easy to access, easy to access.

Walls are paper thin so you can almost hear the people in the next room breathing. Floors and doors creaky. Bathroom shower didn't work properly. No hangers in the wardrobe, and no desk/table to put bag or to sit at. Loud late parties (kind of expected at a pub), and no soundproofing of rooms.
