- bed was large and comfortable - owner was friendly but the property would benefit from a reception area with display of busses/tours available and other helpful information.

- shower pressure was not strong enough - location (for me seemed a bit deserted and far from eateries I prefer to visit but it’s closer to the good beaches) - the windows and door are both white out so I couldn’t see outside

Moon was great and so helpful! She offered to offer organize tours for us and helped us book transport to all our other excursions. She was really kind, friendly and always happy to help. She replied quickly on WhatsApp and was often at the hotel. She offered to clean our room during three night stay. The hotel was located close to the public beach. There is a supermarket very close by. The room has 4 small towels for two people. I would recommend bringing your own but the staff were happy to give us extra. There is a fridge and some limited kitchen stuff. The beds were comfy. The area is quiet and we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay here and found the hospitality incomparable! The staff treated us like family! They have two very cute friendly small dogs. 10/10!!!

Clean, comfortable and just what we wanted! The room is really spacious too and we even got upgraded ti a room with a balancing. The lady running it is lovely and so helpful. She was able to book us a sunrise tour and a bus to Ho Chi Minh- it was the best organised tour and transport we have experienced in Vietnam.

great value, spacious, and convenient motorbike rentals in-house. very friendly and accommodating staff.

For the price I don’t think you can expect any more, it was better than i expected. it was a little far from the more populated tourist area, too far to walk to, but the beaches are nicer on this side of town. if you rent a motorbike you can head to the other areas easily, and all in on one street.

Everything, the rooms were okay but they didn't look fully like the pictures. The towels smelled moldy needs to be washed in a washing machine not hand washed. Steps to the rooms are very steep and almost fell twice. The property said beachfront which was a complete lie. I was so unhappy with this hotel that I checked out and went to a different property immediately.
