Hotel Magnet TERMINAL-2

I had book a room,already I had talk many time to the manager for confirming,also paid money, but even I reach the hotel,he shifted me to another hotel,which room is very small and services are bad

I give money for good quality room,but he cheated me

It's near to metro n airport, easy to commute

Felt it's not sufficient for 2+1 person to stay in a room

The bathroom wasn't really clean, the room felt like someone ran through with a vacuum and that's it. The towel I got had clearly been chewed by mice.

Nothing.

Horrible stay. The pictures and the description of the hotel have nothing to do with the reality. When we arrived at 10pm on a Thursday there was enormous noise from a bar/club nearby, it felt as you were near a huge speaker playing techno, the walls of the whole hotel were shaking. Fortunately, when we came back from a restaurant (where we stayed as long as possible not to come back to that awful noise) before 1am the music stopped. But what was the most awful was how dirty the room was. The bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned for several months. The sheets were very dirty, there were many male hairs there, the pillows looked disgusting. When I woke up in the morning and cleaned my face, the cotton was grey from dirt... Definitely the sheets weren't changed for a long long time. We didn't get any towels, when we asked for them we received towels that had more holes than remaining material. We decided that it's not possible to take a shower in such conditions, already using the filthy sink was an unpleasant experience. We stayed there only a few hours before taking a plane early morning, I think it would have been difficult to survive there more than few hours. My friend stayed in another room, experiencing exactly the same poor conditions.
