Nothing to like there

I have booked hotel frim 26th to 29th October. Actually in booking made through booking.com, room info showing 12x10 feet but hotel staff has provided me a small room of 10x10 feet and ask me to pay 500 additionally for 12x10 feet room..Due to my compsion, I have to paid additional 500 rs/day for 12x10 feet over and above of my booking amount.On first and last day, he denied to provide breakfast due to non availability of his food provider. Room was not clean everyday. Bathroom was not clean for 3 days by hotel staff. Ventilation was not there. Room was very small.Hotel staff was very rude. Food was not so fresh and also not hygenic.Not suitable and not recommended for Family stay. Overall It was not good stay.

THE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.ITS NEAR BY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and completely disappointed. I realise it's quite cheap and I was not expecting luxury, but have stayed in many places of comparable level and have not met with such a low standard. Firstly, and most importantly, the place is dirty. We were sceptical about even getting into the beds. The bathroom was awful (and again dirty) and we didn't have the nerve to try to shower - and anyway, the water didn't work for most of the time. The rooms are tiny and despite the fact that I reserved a room with one double and one single bed (for my 3 children), we got a room with two singles. I was woken up at around 1am to the sound of a large party - men drinking - and the next morning could hear someone being violently sick in their room next door. The breakfast was an absolute joke - some bread. The wifi reception was also very patchy. I read the reviews before booking this property, and although some were very negative, there were also many positive ones - I cannot believe they are real reviews. Do not stay here - awful experience.
