Nice furniture and decoration. Nice wood

The breakfast spread was good, with many fresh meats, cheeses. Likewise the evening dinner was also good. The swimming pool area was pleasant with 10m pool, with sun loungers around it. Plenty of space for all guests. The male owner of the hotel used the swimming pool with the guests, not sure about this. Its a shame I can't say more positive things, but the owners hospitality did not match their website or booking.com's descriptions.

Booking.com says there is tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there is only tea. Coffee is available on request, at a charge which is not made clear. The tea was not replenished with the teas we were obviously drinking. Booking.com says this is a adults only / pet free hotel, however, the family who run/live at the hotel have a small child and a dog. The place where the child play and the dog lives is directly below our room's balcony. Someone had a great idea to give the dog a squeaky toy. Not as romantic as their website portrays. House dog allowed in communal areas. The location is next to the main road to the Brenner pass and is popular with motorcyclists, so it is noisy with the windows open, hence the need to get the aircon to a temperature which suited us. The air conditioning is fixed at a minimum of 22C. It took 2 attempts to get this lowered, it should have been changed the first time I asked. There were a couple of large spiders in the bathroom. (Photo available) There was a rip in the duvet cover (Photo available) The junior suite as a separate seating area, but this cannot be used to watch TV that is in the bedroom. The chandelier in this area is very low, I often bumped my head. Only 1 chair in bedroom area, it would be better with 2 or a sofa. The toiletries only consisted of general purpose hand and body soap. No conditioner, no body lotion, no ear buds. The afternoon cake service, consists of the cakes which were not eaten at breakfast and these are sometimes the cakes for the desserts of the night before. No fresh cakes are put out. We booked for a meal on our 1st night in the restaurant and received a confirmation, the restaurant was closed. They booked us into a restaurant in Dorf Tirol, but got stung with 2 x €25 taxi fare, who took and collected us to the wrong location. Told to sit outside to have dinner and given inset repellent stickers, even when we said we often get bitten by insects.

Ein schönes, sauberes, familiär geführtes kleines Hotel, mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist immer frisch und sehr gut ausgewählt. Es wird auf Wünsche und Belange des Gastes jeder Zeit eingegangen.

Sehr geschmackvoll und romantisch eingerichtet. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. M der Rezeption gab es kleine Snacks und Getränke. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Eine Minibar und eine kleine Nespresso wären noch das i Tüpfelchen gewesen. Ansonsten alles top.

I had a wonderful stay at this location! The setting is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning garden that offers a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was fantastic, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also generously sized, and I loved having a terrace with seating where I could enjoy the outdoors. The food was outstanding—both the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a great variety of options. Additionally, the parking area was convenient, and the proximity to the road leading to Merano made it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cut my stay shorter than planned and couldn't fully enjoy the place. A big thank you once again to the owners for their flexibility and understanding.

The only minor thing to note is that the room appeared slightly older in person compared to the photos, but this didn't affect my stay in any way. The room was still clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Fantastic breakfast, excellent food when you choose to have dinner at the hotel itself. Our room was spacious and modern and very comfortable.
