They gave us a big room and the managers, Mr Jose hailing from Kottayam and the other from Palakkad gave good care. Located close to Munnar town. Easy commuting to all locations.

Hot water was not available even in the said hours. We have to call front desk to arrange every time. We had a group stay in 3 rooms. The satellite tv was not working mostly. Children were bored in the evening hours and we couldn't solve the tv connection issue.
