Acapulco Resort

I booked a room for my parents and based of what they’ve been telling me are: the Hotel/Resort is clean , friendly,friendly and safety.

the location is awesome and the sunset right from our balcony and the quality of the food in the restaurant pure 10/10 and the staff so friendly and helpful

Spacious and practical room with balcony. Good aircon. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Needed transportation and they promptly organized this without any issues. Large pool complex, focused on family with kids but also ok for singles. Restaurant served yummy food.

Some street noise can be heard inside room but it fades down over night.

very beautiful location with a private peaceful area. large suite rooms. kind and sweet staff

beach had a lot of trash. room and bathroom a little old w rot by toilet. many mosquitoes…. no wifi the entire time not their fault but rolling blackouts impacting AC and water.

Nice resort...Pool and Resturant was the best

The price for the room. You'd think you would get satellite TV.... and to make a cup of coffe you had to put the kettle on the floor. Not enough power points
